AUSTINQBC's 15 DAY BUY BACK GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with the product (s) you have purchased from AustinQBC we will return you purchase price and taxes (if collected) within 15 days from date of purchase.  The return freight costs will not be reimbursed.  All returned products will be sent UPS Ground.  (Does not include software purchases).

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) POLICY
WARRANTY SERVICE
 AQBC ONLINE RMA FORM

All products from AustinQBC with the exception of CPUs and Memory come with a limited one-year warranty. AustinQBC warrants these products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Any AustinQBC product that fails will be repaired, replaced with an equivalent or better component or a credit will be issued at our option. AustinQBC makes no warranty as to the merchantability, fitness or application of the products.
To speed up the RMA process, AustinQBC has arranged with vendors the ability for you to directly return the product to them.
Each return must be accompanied with an AustinQBC RMA and copy of your AustinQBC invoice which shows the serial number of the item returned. Contact Customer Service at your local AustinQBC office for an RMA.
Purchaser's customer order cancellation is not a valid reason for return. All items returned for credit must be in original resellable packaging with all accessories, otherwise ship RMA items without manuals/accessories. Purchaser's account must be current and have all checks cleared for RMA processing. Each RMA number expires 15 days after its issuance. Purchaser must ensure that the items being returned were purchased from AustinQBC by matching all serial numbers with those on an AustinQBC invoice or prior RMA records. Both the serial number and quantity of shipments must match that of RMA items.
AustinQBC is not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the Purchaser. AustinQBC is not responsible for the integrity of data on storage or drive products of returned items such as hard drives, tape drives or media. Purchaser is responsible for all charges related to their customers, and for overseas charges and express shipping for RMA.
 

RMA PROCEDURES

1. To Return Product

  • Access our www.AustinQBC.com website, select “Support”,then select “On-Line RMA Request”. Fill-in the form and “Submit Form”. Or, alternatively, you may download, the RMA Request form from our website or contact your local AustinQBC customer service person to help you.
  • AustinQBC will reply with either an email or a fax with a RMA number Issuance Form within the next 8 business hours after the receipt of the request form.
  • Enclose our RMA number Issuance Form with the shipment. Also, the pre-approved RMA number must be marked and be clearly visible on the outside the shipping box.
  • You must supply proper packaging and freight fees to get the package back to your local AustinQBC facility or you may hand carry this product with the RMA number Issuance form to your local AustinQBC office.
2. Credit/Refund (must be pre-approved by AustinQBC)
  • No credit or refund on CPU, Memory, Hard Drive, assembled systems, opened software, specially ordered items, shipping charges, freight insurance, customs charges and labor.
  • Defective items return within AustinQBC’ DOA period (7days or 30days depending on types of products. Please refer to “AustinQBC Warranty” below.) will be credited in full.
  • For products that have a 7days DOA period, a return received between 8 to 15 days of invoice date will be credited at current market price. Returns received between 16 to 30 days of invoice date will be credited at current market price less 30%.
  • No credit or refund will be granted past 30 days of invoice date.
  • Evaluation items must be returned to AustinQBC within specified date on invoice to receive a credit. Purchaser must pay thereafter; no late return allowed.
  • Refund (vs. Credit) will be issued by AustinQBC company check. Remember this must be pre-approved during RMA number request.
  • Allow 2 or more business days for processing of credit and 2 weeks for mailing of refund after receipt of goods by AustinQBC.      AQBC ONLINE RMA FORM

REPAIR / REPLACEMENTS

All inquiries on RMA status must be made within 60 days of RMA number issuance and supported by proof of delivery. Past due balances will delay processing of items. Replacement RMA items will be shipped back to Purchasers via UPS Ground only. Express and overseas shipping will be at an additional cost to Purchasers.
Cross-ship RMA option is available for the following situations (Credit Card Information is required). Please contact AustinQBC Customer Service Dept. for details.
Eligibility of RMA products to be Cross-shipped


Must be in either one of the following conditions:

  • Qualified AustinQBC' DOA policy, which are:
     
    • Claimed within 7 days of receipt for commodity products;
    • Claimed within 30 days of receipt for Motherboard and Monitor products.
  • The Error Shipment that was confirmed to be caused by AustinQBC.
  • Shipping Damaged unit(s) which are claimed within 1 business day of the damaged products receipt. It must have purchased AustinQBC insurance.
     


WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Warranty sticker, serial number, or component tampering, misuse, or physical damage by Purchaser voids all warranties. Repaired or replacement RMA items carry a warranty for only the remainder of warranty period from the date of original invoices. Warranty and technical services cannot be extended to Purchaser’s customers. Product specifications are subject to change without notice. NO WARRANTY NOT SET FORTH ABOVE IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED BY AustinQBC, AND AustinQBC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

All functionally Dead-On Arrival (DOA) items must be received at AustinQBC’ warehouse within 7 days of either the AustinQBC invoice date or Purchaser’s date of receipt to receive a refund/credit/new replacements. Defective items returned subsequently will be repaired or replaced by standard processing.
The manufacturer warranty limitations apply to all products sold by AustinQBC. AustinQBC reserves the right to repair or replace items with those of equivalent specifications.
Please refer to the following products that are not included in the 12 months warranty:

If the manufacturer’s warranty period for the product is longer than that of AustinQBC’ warranty period, the service beyond AustinQBC’ warranty period will be handled by the manufacturer’s RMA department.


QUALITY CONTROL

AustinQBC relies on manufacturers' quality control and does not individually test all products in our warehouse, hence AustinQBC does not custom-configure motherboard or other products, jumper/software settings, including that for CPU's. Special requests to install/configure/test individual components would be at additional labor cost to Purchaser. Purchaser is presumed to have qualified and knowledgeable technicians able to diagnose and pin-point problem source.
