All information is kept confidential. AustinQBC does not sell any information to any vendors for any purpose at any time, period. Our secure servers allow you to send your information in the strictest of confidence and only our employees require access to use the information for verification purposes of accounting, production, shipping and if required technical support. Our employees are never allowed to view your complete set of information, it is viewed on an as-needed basis and requires in-house passwords to get into each section, i.e. accounting, production, shipping, tech support, etc…
