CWS OEM SERVICE AGREEMENT

The CWS Agreement has been designed to enhance the long-term relationship between CWS and the System Builder. We encourage you to place a copy of the Agreement in this section of the manual for easy access in the future.  We look forward to a long term, mutually rewarding partnership.

LIMITED SERVICE PLAN AGREEMENT  

This Limited Service Plan Agreement is entered into by and between Computer Warranty Services, LLC (CWS), a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, and ____________________________ (herein after-called OEM).           

  RECITALS:

WHEREAS, OEM manufactures and sells certain Equipment (as the term is defined below);

WHEREAS, OEM desires to procure the services of a firm to provide Support Services (as the term is defined below) to OEM’s End-Users (as the term is defined below) on Equipment sold by OEM; and

WHEREAS, CWS desires to provide such Support Services on the terms and conditions hereinafter provided.

CWS will provide Support Services per the original configuration on all interior computer hardware components plus mouse, keyboard and monitor (if part of the original configuration). 

CWS will not support software or any component that is not part of the original OEM configuration.

The Mouse, the Keyboard and the Monitor are considered End User field replaceable items and do not require a CWS On-Site visit.  CWS will not dispatch a technician to do the replacement of these items.
